About Evallume

Evallume is an informational service: you upload a laboratory report, and within a few minutes you get a plain-language explanation of what each marker means and which values fall outside the reference interval printed on your own form.

We are not a clinic, not a laboratory, and not a telemedicine provider. We do not diagnose, do not prescribe, and do not replace a consultation with a physician. What we do is take a page of numbers and abbreviations and turn it into something you can actually read — so that the conversation with your doctor starts from an informed position.

Who runs this service

Evallume is operated by EVALLUME LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

How to reach us

Write to support@evallume.com. This is a monitored mailbox, not an autoresponder — a person reads it. We aim to reply within one business day.

Use the same address for:

  • questions about a report you received;
  • factual corrections to any article on this site (see Editorial Policy);
  • refund requests and billing questions;
  • data access and erasure requests under the GDPR or CCPA.

What the service does

  1. You upload a PDF or a photo of your lab report, or paste the values as text.
  2. The document is read (OCR), and the marker names, values, units and reference intervals are extracted from it.
  3. A large language model interprets the extracted table against the reference intervals printed on your own form, taking your sex and age into account.
  4. You receive a structured report: a summary table, an explanation of each deviation, and general questions worth raising with a physician.

The reasoning behind step 3 — where reference ranges come from, what the model is instructed to do and what it is forbidden to do — is documented in full in our Editorial Policy and Methodology.

What the service does not do

  • It does not make diagnoses and does not name diseases as established facts.
  • It does not prescribe or recommend medication, dosages, or treatment.
  • It is not an emergency service. If you feel unwell, contact a doctor or your local emergency number — do not wait for a report.
  • It does not replace laboratory quality control: if a value looks implausible, the right next step is to repeat the test, not to reinterpret it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC), acting as Merchant of Record. Card details are entered on the payment provider's side and never reach our servers.

Data

Laboratory results are health data — a special category under Article 9 of the GDPR. We process them only to produce your report, we do not sell them, and we do not use them for advertising. Details, retention periods and the erasure procedure are in the Privacy Policy.

Important. Evallume provides informational services only. Interpretation results do not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. For diagnosis and treatment, consult a qualified physician.
